Joy Snodgrass

Last Sunday Joy Snodgrass shared how God has been blessing her and how He suddenly opened a new door for her journey as a missionary with Christar. Her missionary journey began in 2015 when she first went to Japan. This past year she has been praying about how to move forward and was constantly reminded that “His grace is sufficient”, despite the lack of movement due to the pandemic. She has just been offered a part-time job as a receptionist at Christar’s home office in Dallas, Texas! She will be able to directly support the mission organization while she continues to train and gather support for her next trip to Yamaguchi, Japan.

Her job starts April 5th, so this Sunday, March 28th will be her last Sunday. We ask that you will pray for Joy as she makes this exciting move and pray about how you can support her. She needs 100 prayer partners to go into the field and currently has 46. If you want to commit to pray for Joy daily, please let her know! She also has prayer cards with an updated address for Christar and a website (http://www.christarjapan.org/) where you can learn more about the Japan teams. And if you want to receive her prayer letters, please send her an email at joyful2cfa@gmail.com. We hope you will be able to attend this Palm Sunday to encourage and support Joy on her pursuit to follow God’s leading and be a light for people wherever she goes!
